Refund policy

You have 14 days to return the product, starting from the day you received it at home.

Our customer service will assist you with the return process and evaluate the possibility of replacing or refunding the product. The refund will be issued to the payment method originally used for the order, within 5 business days of the refund request.

When the product is eligible for return:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with the protective film intact. It must include all external wrappers, accessories, and instructions.

• Products without a protective film will not be accepted for return.

• For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used and must be closed.

If the product meets these requirements, it can be returned.
