Terms and Conditions for the Use of Reviews

Below are some guidelines for writing appropriate product reviews

• Make sure that your review refers to the specific product and is posted on the corresponding page.
• Avoid including illegal content in product reviews.
• This includes any material that is offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit.
• Do not infringe the rights of other individuals or organisations, including rights relating to privacy, intellectual property and data protection.
• Avoid including personal data in product reviews, such as telephone numbers, email addresses or postal addresses.
• Product reviews must not contain material created for advertising or commercial purposes, including company logos, internet links or company names.
• Each customer may post only one review per product.
• If a name is provided in a product review, it must be truthful; it is not permitted to impersonate other people or organisations.
• Offensive reviews or reviews considered to be spam will be automatically deleted or reported as spam.
• In accordance with Legislative Decree 26/2023 “Omnibus”, implementing EU Directive 2019/2161, published reviews are verified and originate exclusively from users who have purchased and used the products.
• After the purchase, the system will send an email to the user inviting them to review the products purchased.
